What you will do

• Engage with inbound and outbound contacts using outreach emails, phone calls, and social media to generate qualified sales opportunities
• Educate new and existing users about Premium, Business, and Enterprise products
• Manage high volume of communications efficiently and conduct qualification meetings with new customers
• Ensure seamless hand-off of appointments to sales teams and maintain accurate prospect data in Salesforce
• Analyze sales data and collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop outreach strategies

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken German and English
• Eager to learn and advance a career in Software Sales (SaaS)
• Prior experience in customer-facing or inbound/outbound sales development roles
• Effective communication skills, empathy, and strong commitment to integrity
• Self-motivated with ability to improve processes and achieve results
• Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies
