What you will do

  • Expand client base in the UKI market by efficiently managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to client onboarding.
  • Develop and lead strategic action plans to consistently hit and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Technical, Marketing, and Product.
  • Utilize sales enablement tools such as Salesforce CRM, SimilarWeb, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.

Requirements

  • Senior-level sales experience (min. 5 years) with a strong track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Demonstrated success in complex and multi-product technology sales, ideally within the AdTech/MarTech industry.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Sandler.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.
  • Professional level of English.
