- Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts using data analysis.
- Ensure disciplined deal structuring using the MEDDICC framework.

Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work predominantly onsite in Dublin, Ireland
- Proven success leading high-performing sales teams with net-new acquisition focus.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
- Experience with SaaS/Cloud environments and Salesforce CRM.
- Proficiency in MEDDIC and COM sales methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting and performance measurement.
