What you will do

  • Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to Account Executives to drive performance.
  • Set and execute strategic KPIs to exceed pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and ensure rigorous opportunity qualification.
  • Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts using data analysis.
  • Ensure disciplined deal structuring using the MEDDICC framework.
  • Attract, hire, and develop top-tier sales talent for long-term growth.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work predominantly onsite in Dublin, Ireland
  • Proven success leading high-performing sales teams with net-new acquisition focus.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Experience with SaaS/Cloud environments and Salesforce CRM.
  • Proficiency in MEDDIC and COM sales methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills for forecasting and performance measurement.

Nice to have

  • Experience building sales teams from scratch or managing organizational change.
  • Fluency in a European language such as Spanish, French, Dutch, or Italian.
  • Leadership philosophy rooted in hands-on coaching and presence.
