• Provide market, audience, and competitive insights for game positioning and go-to-market planning.
• Enable effective experimentation for creative ideas and audience validation.
• Support expansion into new categories and platforms (PC & Console) through cross-team partnerships.
• Champion creative innovation and craft development, fostering shared learning and marketer growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a seasoned marketing leader, building and scaling campaigns for games or entertainment IPs (ideally across mobile, PC, or console).
• Equally strategic and creative, comfortable with high-level frameworks and campaign details.
• Passionate about helping small, creative teams succeed with a deep belief that great marketing starts with understanding players.
• Experienced in brand and media strategy with curiosity for new formats, channels, and global player connection.
• An inspiring people leader and mentor who develops talent, builds confidence, and helps others grow.
• Collaborative and humble, thriving in an environment where influence comes from ideas and relationships.
