What you will do
- Lead Media Planning team to develop strategy, RFP responses, and media plans aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage Ad-Ops team ensuring campaign setup, QA, optimization, and operational excellence.
- Oversee Insights & Measurement team to deliver brand lift studies, performance analytics, and reporting.
- Build and refine media planning frameworks, tools, and measurement methodologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Sales, and Account Management for seamless delivery.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in media, programmatic, brand strategy, or related fields
- Proven leadership managing multiple teams: Media Planning, Ad-Ops, Insights/Analytics
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and media architecture
- Technical knowledge of ad-tech and programmatic fundamentals
- Experience working with global brands and sales environments
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Nice to have
- Experience in gaming or UGC ecosystems
- Advanced measurement skills such as incrementality and MMM
- Ability to bridge creative strategy with media and insights
