What you will do

• Define and evolve the enterprise architecture vision for the Digital Commerce Platform, including eCommerce, consumption billing, and self-service customer experiences.
• Establish architecture standards, reference patterns, and governance frameworks across discovery, purchase, provisioning, entitlements, and renewals.
• Drive adoption of API-first, event-driven, domain-oriented architecture, and integrate AI/ML orchestration and Data Cloud intelligence into core commerce services.
• Architect complex digital flows for subscription, consumption, entitlement enforcement, and Legal Risk Compliance domains.
• Own key architectural decisions spanning Q2C, pricing, payments, identity, entitlements, and usage metering.
• Influence senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Revenue Operations to shape long-term investment and strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of architecture or engineering leadership experience in eCommerce, subscription/consumption commerce, digital platforms, or large-scale enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to set direction, influence without authority, and align diverse stakeholders.
• Deep expertise with multi-tenant APIs, microservices, service meshes, event streaming, and domain-driven architectures.
• Expertise across identity, payments, entitlements, usage metering, billing, provisioning, and orchestration platforms.
• Able to distill complex architectural concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
• English: B2 required.

• High-scale SaaS or multi-cloud platform experience.
• Exposure to hirify.global platforms, Data Cloud, Agentforce, or AI-driven workflows.
• Experience with Q2C, PLG, usage-based pricing, and consumption models.
• Familiarity with enterprise compliance, governance, and security frameworks.
