What you will do

• Develop and execute partner marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue through channel partners in Germany.
• Create and implement Market Development Fund (MDF) initiatives, including planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Support and enhance partner acquisition measures to expand the partner ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product departments, to ensure alignment.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine partner marketing strategies and optimize acquisition efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partner marketing or a related field, with a focus on channel partners, ideally within the SaaS or Cloud industry.
• Proven success in managing large channel partners and executing partner marketing initiatives, especially MDF.
• Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed B2B environment across multiple countries and departments.
• Fluency in German (C1 level) and English is required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
