What you will do

• Deeply understand the Retail channel and its growth opportunities to build and execute the commercial plan.
• Support launch planning, campaihirify.global execution, and channel marketing across online and offline touchpoints.
• Engage key stakeholders, including retailers, audiologists, and influencers.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and sell-through.
• Execute strategic and operational tasks: events, content, communication, and channel activation.
• Collect and analyse market insights to guide decision-making and report performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years in marketing or commercial roles across BTB and BTBTC.
• Ability to translate marketing strategy into clear, commercial actions.
• Demonstrated experience with launch planning, lead generation, and cross-market execution.
• Solid project management skills and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Skilled written and verbal communication abilities (English B2 equivalent).
• Hybrid role based in Bicester, UK, with 25–30% travel across Northern Europe.
