What you will do
- Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and use case expansion for hirify.global Data Hub and hirify.global Measurement.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, aligning hirify.global’s solutions with customer goals.
- Lead business reviews, present performance insights, and demonstrate ROI.
- Drive renewals, mitigate churn, and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and multi-year agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot), track deals, and forecast growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and utilize AI to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in a client-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar).
- Proven track record of building customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude with data-driven products.
- Experience working within the Martech ecosystem.
- Fluency in English & German is required.
