What you will do

• Create beautiful web interfaces and interactive dashboards using React, Next.js, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Ensure UI components and libraries are reliable, secure, extensible, and accessible.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to build cutting-edge fintech products.
• Implement IT security and data protection best practices in a regulated environment.
• Identify and automate internal process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Communicate feature updates internally and externally, gathering feedback and explaining launches.

Requirements

• Must be based in Paris or London.
• Experience in VC-backed or high-growth engineering teams building customer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend web development best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Product mindset with empathy and curiosity to solve customer problems.
• Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment with rapid growth and ambiguity.
