Automation Specialist

TL;DR

Automation Specialist (Liquid Food Industry): Implementing automation upgrades and services within the processing area, supporting the development of new products, and providing technical support to customers. Location: The preferred location for this position is Hungary, Romania, Poland or the Czech Republic.

What you will do

• Prepare, design, and implement automation upgrades and projects.
• Coordinate work with automation engineers, consultants, and suppliers.
• Provide technical concepts to support pre-projects and sales phases.
• Carry out remote support, service, and start-ups to hirify.global processing equipment.
• Work with various automation platforms (Siemens, Rockwell, Wonderware, Ignition).
• Document service activities and update customer data, including equipment and contracts.

Requirements

• University degree in Information Technologies or Automation Engineering with 3-5 years of experience, preferably in the liquid food industry.
• Ability to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Automation platforms, MES, Industrial IT, and data handling.
• At least 3 years of experience in the industrial automation sector.
• Very good knowledge of Siemens, Rockwell, and Wonderware software/equipment.
• A very good command of English and fluent local language, both written and verbal is required.
• Full driving license.
