Salary: $150,000–$175,000 including salary and variables.

What you will do

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across Scaled Customer Success and cross-functional teams from strategy to execution and value realization.
  • Design and manage program frameworks, playbooks, and governance models ensuring consistency and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with operations, product, CX, and marketing teams to implement scalable tools and workflows.
  • Manage Tech Touch accounts and develop processes for proactive, scalable customer engagement.
  • Plan and facilitate digital engagement programs such as webinars and Office Hours to support customers at scale.
  • Use data and analytics to assess performance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near San Francisco, United States
  • 5+ years experience in digital transformation, lifecycle marketing, or digital/tech touch customer engagement.
  • Proven ability to design and execute scalable programs with measurable impact.
  • Experience with automation and engagement tools like Gainsight, Outreach, Pardot, or Marketo.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and digital adoption.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
