What you will do
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across Scaled Customer Success and cross-functional teams from strategy to execution and value realization.
- Design and manage program frameworks, playbooks, and governance models ensuring consistency and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with operations, product, CX, and marketing teams to implement scalable tools and workflows.
- Manage Tech Touch accounts and develop processes for proactive, scalable customer engagement.
- Plan and facilitate digital engagement programs such as webinars and Office Hours to support customers at scale.
- Use data and analytics to assess performance and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near San Francisco, United States
- 5+ years experience in digital transformation, lifecycle marketing, or digital/tech touch customer engagement.
- Proven ability to design and execute scalable programs with measurable impact.
- Experience with automation and engagement tools like Gainsight, Outreach, Pardot, or Marketo.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and digital adoption.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
