What you will do

• Understand business objectives and translate them into prioritized technical requirements.
• Partner with engineers and architects, using technical understanding of systems, to deliver solutions.
• Build and effectively communicate project plans, execution status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Make data-driven decisions for projects, balancing speed of delivery with risks and impact.
• Manage complex dependencies and broad-scope projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Champion change and drive the adoption of best practices in projects.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or technical product/program management.
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into technical problems and programs.
• Technical understanding of system flows, block architectures, and APIs (not expected to write or read code).
• Experience defining and running end-to-end complex technical programs.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
