Strategic Program Manager

TL;DR

Strategic Program Manager: Orchestrating the annual planning process and driving organizational/cross-functional alignment within Product Support leadership. Focus on shaping business-critical ideas, developing prioritization frameworks, and crafting executive-level narratives.

Location: This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. In-person onboarding required.

Salary: $122,000 - $260,000 USD

What you will do

• Evaluate and shape business-critical ideas through research, analysis, and business case development.
• Develop and lead the annual planning program, including a prioritization framework for clarity.
• Craft executive-level narratives for strategic projects and annual planning to build alignment.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on yearly goals, ensuring clarity on outcomes and dependencies.
• Work closely with Operations and Strategy on planning packages, risk assessment, and change management.
• Collaborate with leadership on budget and headcount to ensure effective resourcing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategic program management, business operations, or similar roles with experience in SaaS and scaled customer-facing environments.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and operating autonomously at a leadership level.
• A systems mindset with demonstrated experience developing strategy, building business cases, and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to structure ambiguous problems and guide decision-making with data.
• Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—with fluency in executive storytelling and change management.
• English: B2 required.
