What you will do

• Define and drive growth strategy partnering with product, marketing, and other teams.
• Be a day one user of AI Studio products to deeply understand user needs.
• Scale successful growth efforts across organic and paid channels.
• Bridge marketing and product teams to enhance growth initiatives.
• Lead high-impact, short turnaround projects around major launches.
• Identify and execute programs to grow usage in underpenetrated areas.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mountain View, California or New York City, New York, US
• English: B2 or higher proficiency required
• 5+ years of program management or similar experience.
• Experience using AI tools and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to drive alignment.
• Experience in developer relations or technology adoption in enterprise environments.
