What you will do

• Drive the global product roadmap and long-term category vision for PC gaming peripherals.
• Develop product strategies by leveraging market insights and competitive benchmarking.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation and feature evolution to phase-out planning.
• Define Product Requirement Specifications (PRS) and end-to-end user experiences based on gamer feedback.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Industrial Design, UX/UI, Marketing, and Quality teams.
• Align global stakeholders to deliver premium products that reflect brand and performance standards.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in end-to-end product management.
• Degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a related technical discipline.
• Deep understanding of PC gaming culture, specifically within FPS or competitive genres.
• Experience managing high-performance hardware or gaming peripherals.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across global stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
