HR Manager Strikerz Inc.
📍 Tbilisi, Remote
Strikerz Inc. is expanding and looking for an experienced HR Manager to act as a dedicated people partner for assigned teams. This role drives talent development, team effectiveness, leadership growth, and a strong, healthy culture across the studio.
You’ll support the entire employee lifecycle, enable managers, diagnose team health, and co-lead strategic HR initiatives in a dynamic game-development environment.
Key Responsibilities
— Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned teams and managers
— Monitor team dynamics, morale, performance trends, and HR metrics
— Lead onboarding, adaptation check-ins, probation support
— Facilitate performance cycles, feedback, development plans, and career paths
— Participate in talent reviews, calibrations, and succession planning
— Assess training needs and deliver internal workshops
— Identify talent risks, support internal mobility, and run exit interviews
— Analyze engagement surveys, wellbeing, team climate, and drive action plans
— Support cultural initiatives, recognition programs, and employer brand efforts
— Co-lead HR projects (Job Catalog, frameworks, feedback culture)
— Conduct competency-based interviews, 360° debriefs, and prepare assessment reports
Requirements
— 7+ years in HR, incl. 3+ years as HRBP or similar
— Strong expertise across the full employee lifecycle, talent development, diagnostics, engagement
— Ability to coach managers and support leadership growth
— Excellent communication and influencing skills across levels
— Strong analytical mindset; ability to turn data into insights
— Experience supporting teams through change and implementing HR processes
— Project leadership experience and strong stakeholder coordination
— Proficiency with HR systems (e.g., Bob HR), analytics dashboards, digital/AI tools
— Cultural sensitivity and ability to foster a healthy team environment
— English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+)
