What you will do

  • Partner with executives and senior leaders to align workforce needs with business goals.
  • Guide and support leaders in performance management, development, and career pathing.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations and promote a high-performance culture.
  • Manage compensation and incentive planning in collaboration with HR teams.
  • Support organizational design, change management, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting, HR Operations, and Learning & Development teams.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near Toronto, Canada with hybrid work arrangement
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably as HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist in technology or SaaS.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Experience supporting hybrid or distributed workforces.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to regional teams.

Nice to have

  • Certificate in Human Resources Management, CHRP is an asset.
