What you will do

• Act as primary HR partner for assigned teams, supporting managers on people topics and team effectiveness.
• Monitor team dynamics, performance trends, risks, morale, and key HR metrics.
• Conduct onboarding, adaptation check-ins, and support probation and early performance management.
• Facilitate performance cycles, coach managers on feedback and development, and support career paths.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and internal mobility initiatives.
• Co-lead HR projects and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR experience including 3+ years in HRBP or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle, talent development, performance management, and engagement.
• Ability to coach managers and support leadership growth.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels.
• High proficiency in HR metrics, engagement data, and translating insights into recommendations.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher.
