What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles and execute full-cycle talent acquisition, especially for US tax and software engineering roles.
  • Manage the entire hiring funnel from sourcing to background checks, maintaining a data-driven pipeline.
  • Build and promote the employer brand through various campaigns and professional communities.
  • Oversee global onboarding processes, contracts, and IT access for new hires.
  • Drive performance and feedback cycles, coaching managers on goal-setting and calibration.
  • Ensure simple and compliant HR policies, advising on employee relations and issue resolution across locations.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting and HR experience, including across time zones.
  • Proven success in hiring tax professionals, with technical (engineering) talent acquisition as a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in direct sourcing techniques and hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS (e.g., Greenhouse, Rippling).
  • Comfortable with U.S. employment basics and experienced in working with international teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, data-minded approach, and ability to influence stakeholders effectively.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth tech/fintech or a services organization with a high bar for talent.
  • Background in employer branding, campus programs, or PEO payroll/benefits management.
  • Familiarity with finance or international labor laws and compliance.
