Chief of Staff (People Team/AI): Driving planning, prioritization, and operational excellence for the People Team and CPO's commercial enablement, managing initiatives including the AI roadmap. With an accent on executing core People initiatives and commercial enablement. Focus on running the operating cadence, managing strategic initiatives, and supporting the CPO's external platforms.

Location: Hybrid in Portugal. Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.

Salary: €56,000 - €88,000 a year

What you will do

• Run the Impatient podcast engine end-to-end, from topic ideation to talent coaching.
• Develop and manage a focused social media strategy for the CPO to build credibility and strengthen Sword’s employment brand.
• Establish and manage an Impatient scorecard (reach, engagement, sentiment, guest quality, and commercial impact).
• Build and execute the CHRO Advisory Board recruitment and onboarding playbook.
• Design and run the CHRO Advisory Board engagement model to support business development.
• Support planning and execution of CPO and Benefits Strategy Leader business development events and speaking engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, business operations, strategy, or a related leadership role.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and work effectively across multiple teams and levels of leadership.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• High discretion and judgment when handling sensitive people and organizational matters.
• Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.

Nice to have

• Prior experience operating in a Chief of Staff, Consultant, Strategy or Program Management capacity.
• Experience working in high-growth or global organizations.
• Comfort with AI-enabled tools and interest in applying them to drive faster and better decision making.
• Strong executive presence and ability to represent the CPO in key forums.
