Salary: Estimated annual salary of $152,000 - $186,000 (for New York City, Washington, Washington D.C. and California, excluding Bay Area based hires).

What you will do

• Manage Sales and Marketing technology projects, including requirements development, functional solution design, and prototyping.
• Collaborate with business partners to establish and document user stories, business processes, and functional requirements.
• Design, prototype, and deploy scalable solutions using Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein, GPT) and Agentforce automations.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects involving technical development, including Salesforce integration with 3rd and 4th party applications.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and take ownership of functional tasks for Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Provide support for production issues and ensure adherence to IT General controls, including Change Advisory Boards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing, configuring, and administering Salesforce and SaaS business systems.
• At least 3 years of Salesforce Sales and/or Marketing Cloud experience.
• Proficient in Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, and Excel to support data analysis and quality initiatives.
• Salesforce.com certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce.com ecosystem, GTM technologies, and platform governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience meeting with and presenting information to senior leadership.
