Location: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote) from a local office in the USA. Specific office locations include Chicago, IL; Minneapolis, MN; Glastonbury, CT; Philadelphia, PA; and Austin, TX.

Salary: $121,350 - $170,050

What you will do

• Develop subject matter expertise on AI model source datasets and collaborate with the machine learning engineering team on data preparation, refining, and labeling.
• Act as the liaison between business users and AI engineering teams, supporting development team activities including user story creation and validation.
• Maintain high-quality, curated data for training AI models, ensuring its quality and performing continuous updates while cleaning data to remove errors.
• Act as a quality control layer for AI interactions by reviewing, maintaining, and testing AI prompts to verify accurate, relevant, and high-quality outputs.
• Partner with Agentic Engineers and Data Scientists to provide corrective feedback to AI models and rate AI-generated output for accuracy.
• Create and maintain a documentation library of AI training processes, model improvements, and metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; a Master’s Degree in Business Administration is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Operations, Sales, Product Development, Business Analysis, or Project Management demonstrating high organization and execution ability.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and managing large data sets.
• Understanding how enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, workflow, financial applications) contribute to business objectives.
• Participation in the software development lifecycle (e.g., Agile/SAFe, Waterfall).
• Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
