What you will do
- Build the Channel & Distribution strategic plan and land this with growth partners.
- Build and develop a strong team of regional Channel Sales Managers.
- Develop and execute enablement and training plans for Channel partners, ensuring certifications and updates.
- Recruit high potential and next-generation resale partners, closely aligned with Distributors.
- Create MDF and marketing incentive programs and implement account-based marketing plans.
- Work with Channel Operations to simplify partner sales processes and expand the Partner Portal.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree (or equivalent work experience).
- 5-8 Years of experience in managing Channel Sales organizations and teams.
- Leadership experience developing top talent.
- English required.
- Travel is required (~50%).
