What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of Partner Managers covering State, Local, Education, and Federal partners.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key ecosystem partners and distributors.
  • Engage in strategic business and partner planning to drive business growth.
  • Ensure partner enablement, sales training, and certification are provided by your team.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and enablement teams to achieve partner business plan goals.
  • Manage channel conflict and ensure partner compliance with agreements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in partner management within software security.
  • 5+ years' experience leading a team of partner managers.
  • Strong experience working in the Federal and Public Sector space, especially Distribution.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting revenue objectives.
  • Knowledge of partner ecosystem in the territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Existing relationships with hirify.global partners.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Partner Relationship Management systems.
