What you will do

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to Proto leadership, providing rigorous financial analysis across hardware, self-mining, and infrastructure initiatives.
• Build and maintain end-to-end financial models including forecasting, unit economics, and capital allocation.
• Develop scenario and investment analyses to evaluate deals, expansions, and partnerships.
• Support deal structuring and execution with external counterparties and evaluate new venture opportunities.
• Lead ad-hoc analyses related to Proto’s P&L, capital deployment, and strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably with investment banking and strategic finance background.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to distill complex problems and communicate to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work with financial and operational metrics and large data sets.
• Interest or experience in Bitcoin and digital asset infrastructure is beneficial.
• Comfort working remotely within the United States.
