What you will do

• Lead the development of financial strategy, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely month-end/year-end closes and strong internal controls.
• Ensure full compliance with tax obligations and regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions, including digital asset-specific requirements.
• Manage the company’s crypto and fiat treasury, including liquidity, custody, and yield strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for banks, payment partners, exchanges, and liquidity providers.
• Produce monthly management and board-level reports on financial performance and treasury positions.

Requirements

• 10+ years in finance roles and 5+ years experience managing finance teams.
• Experience in high-growth fintech or crypto startups or financial brokerages.
• Proven ability to build and scale finance teams and systems.
• Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, GAAP/IFRS, cash management, and internal controls.
• Familiarity with crypto transaction flows, custody models, and Web3 financial tooling (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional designations such as CPA, ACCA or CFA are highly valued.
