What you will do

• Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Serve as a key business partner to senior management, providing financial insights and analysis for strategic decision-making.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance financial reporting.
• Facilitate budget and forecasting processes for key stakeholders, providing data and insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience working in Finance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable with senior leadership.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
• Experience working in various CRMs, ERPs, and a good understanding of SaaS business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
• CPA designation.

Nice to have

• Experience using CPM or FP&A software.
