What you will do

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and support audits and investor reporting.
• Manage and improve Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes end-to-end.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline finance and operations processes.
• Take ownership of evolving finance and operations responsibilities with a growth mindset.

Requirements

• 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in startups or high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting best practices.
• Hands-on experience managing AR/AP processes.
• Experience preparing reports for leadership, investors, or external stakeholders.
• High ownership mindset and comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
• Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling.

Nice to have

• Experience with VC-backed startups or SaaS companies.
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Familiarity with accounting tools and finance systems supporting AI capabilities.
