What you will do

• Design, maintain, and optimize financial dashboards including P&L, cohorts, revenue, costs, and KPIs.
• Produce monthly reporting for management and investors and analyze variances.
• Contribute to annual budgeting and quarterly reforecast cycles with robust financial models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
• Propose improvements to FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with presence in Paris, France
• Master's degree in finance, management control, business analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, audit, transaction services, or management control.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with BI tools.
• Strong data analysis, logic, and structuring skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex insights into actionable solutions.
