Location: Stockholm, hybrid with 3 days per week onsite

What you will do

• Own and lead the full finance function: reporting, controlling, planning, and compliance
• Build and evolve budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Develop KPI frameworks and decision-support dashboards
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team
• Evaluate and implement new finance tools and AI-powered solutions
• Lead and coach a small finance team and manage external partners

Requirements

• Based in Stockholm and comfortable with a hybrid setup
• 4+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or controlling
• Strong data-driven mindset and experience in scaleups or SaaS
• Leadership skills to develop and coach a finance team
• Curious about new tools, systems, and AI-driven finance solutions
