What you will do

• Define, centralize, and steward KPI systems and dashboards across game teams and Pubsports functions.
• Operationalize cross-game segmentation models and player journey frameworks.
• Partner with data engineering to implement scalable pipelines, including AI and automation experimentation.
• Investigate key problem or opportunity spaces and formulate recommendations and strategies.
• Collaborate with initiative producers and Insights teams to understand product context and steward changes.
• Serve as an analytics craft expert, upleveling the team and bringing new methodologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in data analytics, business strategy, management consulting, or related fields.
• Proven experience designing and scaling KPI frameworks and experimentation systems.
• Applied experience in large-scale data analysis, such as significance testing, clustering, and regressions.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python/R, data modeling, and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Hex).
• Experience working with data engineering, product leadership, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI/ML models for workflow optimization and automation.
• Experience mentoring individuals in their craft or discipline, and growing them into seniority.
• Graduate degree in analytics, statistics, engineering, or related field.
