What you will do

• Apply advanced analytics, AI/ML, and statistical concepts to massive datasets.
• Design experiments, build models, and develop metrics to understand system performance.

• Coach and mentor junior scientists within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data extraction, analysis, statistical modeling, and communication.
• 5+ years of experience with data querying languages (SQL) and scripting languages (Python, R, SAS, Matlab).
• Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, data science, computer science), or Bachelor's with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with statistical models (e.g., multinomial logistic regression).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Quicksight).

• Experience managing data pipelines.
• Experience leading and mentoring on a data science team.
• Collaboration experience with scientists, developers, or product managers.
