Salary: $184,960–$220,300 USD annually

What you will do

• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to measure feature impact and guide product decisions.
• Architect and build robust data pipelines supporting analytics, reporting, and modeling.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand user behavior and identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to the science roadmap by identifying key areas for analysis and experimentation.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, and safety teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Mateo, CA, United States
• PhD or pursuing PhD in Data Science, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Expertise in SQL and scripting languages for data analysis (Python, R).
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hive, Airflow) and data pipeline development.
• Strong skills in experimental design, causal inference, and statistical modeling.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively.
