What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs.
• Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define product strategy and priorities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and manage dependencies in ambiguous environments.
• Apply data-driven insights to measure program performance and identify risks.
• Champion customer-centric solutions, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Develop detailed project plans and roadmaps for timely execution.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Strong communication skills and technical depth to align diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results at scale.
• Understanding of engineering and security principles, and the software development lifecycle.

Nice to have

• Experience in modern AI-driven software development workflows, including agentic coding.
• Experience with modern open-source big-data systems like Spark, Apache Iceberg, and Apache Airflow.
• Experience building AI models, products, grounding, and tooling.
• Experience creating geospatial, mapping, or web search products.
• Proven ability to lead programs in ambiguous environments, risk mitigation, and governance.
