What you will do

• Architect, develop, and scale automation frameworks and agentic workflows across workplace technology including collaboration tools, identity systems, and GenAI platforms.
• Lead engineering of lifecycle workflows such as onboarding, off-boarding, and access provisioning using APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Build reusable libraries, connectors, SDKs, and orchestration layers to enable AI-enabled productivity at scale.
• Implement observability with metrics, dashboards, logging, and alerts to ensure reliability, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Partner with Security, Legal, and Privacy teams to embed governance, auditing, and compliance into automation and AI flows.
• Mentor engineers, review code/design, and promote best practices for building agentic systems.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of software engineering or automation experience building scalable systems and agentic workflows in enterprise environments.
• Strong skills in Java, Go, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or equivalent languages with production-ready service experience.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms using APIs, SDKs, event-driven architectures, and building automation layers.
• Familiarity with IAM/SSO (Okta, SAML/OIDC/SCIM), lifecycle automation, and securing access with governance.
• Proven ability to design for reliability, security, scalability, and cost-efficiency with observability frameworks.
• Experience or willingness to work with GenAI/LLM modalities and build operational patterns around them.
• English: B2 level or higher required.
