What you will do

• Guide customers through their buying journey by providing excellent service.
• Offer expert advice and support via incoming calls, chats, and emails.
• Collaborate with the team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or administrative work.
• Strong interest in IT and technology.
• Comfortable working in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
