What you will do

• Analyze client requirements and design scalable EPM solutions for consolidation and planning using JustPerform.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including data integration from ERP systems.
• Develop and validate calculation logic for intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and financial adjustments.
• Optimize planning models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with finance teams, IT, and business stakeholders, conducting workshops and training sessions.
• Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and document processes and configurations.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of financial consolidation principles, statutory reporting, and planning cycles, including IFRS/GAAP familiarity.
• Hands-on experience with an EPM platform, proficient in data modeling, scripting, and workflow automation within EPM tools.
• Understanding of integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and client-facing capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines.
• Fluency in German and English is essential.
• Work authorization for the country where the position is located is required; sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, or equivalent finance certification.
• Prior experience in consulting or EPM implementation projects.
• Knowledge of other EPM tools (OneStream, Hyperion, SAP BPC).
