What you will do

• Quote new implementation projects and support the Pre Sales team in new business pitches.
• Support new client onboardings through provisioning, design, and implementation of the hirify.global platform.
• Enable and empower customers to use the platform efficiently and effectively, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Provide both reactive and proactive technical consultancy of the hirify.global Platform, adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate with the wider Consultancy team and the Product team to provide market insight and feedback.
• Provide technical guidance and solution handover training to clients.

Requirements

• Graduate to 1 year of experience implementing SaaS software solutions.
• University degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience in testing and triggering Restful APIs.
• Understanding of web frameworks and experience with web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, Javascript).
• Basic understanding of eCommerce & CRM Solutions (e.g., Magento, Salesforce, Shopify, Dynamics).
• Basic knowledge of Office 365 Suite & Postman.
