What you will do

• Lead and manage customer migrations from on-premise environments to the cloud platform.
• Evolve projects end-to-end, controlling resources, timelines, and costs while coordinating with specialist teams.
• Act as a technical expert for internal teams and customers, providing guidance and troubleshooting software issues.
• Communicate clearly with customers, addressing technical questions and explaining complex topics.
• Conduct thorough analyses of customer systems to assess needs and develop migration strategies.

Requirements

• Completed degree in a technical or scientific field (e.g., computer science) OR an IT Specialist degree with around 10 years of business experience.
• In-depth understanding of operating systems, network architectures, and security standards.
• Strong organizational and self-management skills.
• Solid foundation in IT technologies, infrastructure, networking, security, databases, and SQL.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to knowledge sharing.
• Fluency in German and very good English skills required.
