What you will do

• Write SQL queries to extract and transform operational data ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize trends and metrics
• Deliver actionable insights that support business objectives and improve outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Logistics, and Quality teams
• Identify and address data quality gaps to improve reporting systems
• Streamline data processes and troubleshoot data-related issues

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States (remote)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years experience as a data analyst supporting Operations
• Proficient in SQL and Tableau for data extraction and visualization
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Experience with Operations data sources and processes preferred
• Minimal travel (up to 10%)
