What you will do

  • Lead and scale performance marketing programs across paid social channels, display, and video to acquire new customers.
  • Develop paid marketing strategies aligned with integrated campaign objectives to drive audience engagement and acquisition.
  • Partner with creative, brand, and integrated teams to develop high-performing marketing assets.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Run A/B tests and experiments to increase efficiency and ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and web teams to align ad messaging with landing pages and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • 3+ years of experience running paid social, display, and video campaigns in high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise with paid social platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook/Meta.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and analytics or BI tools.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
  • Clear and confident communication skills to present complex data effectively.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B or SaaS paid acquisition.
  • Comfort with SQL for deeper data analysis.
