Location: London, United Kingdom. This is a UK based role, requiring individuals to have the right to work in this location. The role adopts a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Execute the campaign delivery process and provide daily support to the wider account team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Lead campaign and project management to ensure on-time and on-brief delivery of client work.
• Manage the day-to-day financial aspects of campaigns, including revenue forecasting, reconciliation, and invoicing.
• Nurture organic growth opportunities across existing clients through in-depth understanding of their business needs.
• Potentially line manage one direct report, supporting their career growth and development within Client Services.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all platforms.
• Strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, and ability to Q/A work.
• Solid grasp of all areas of digital marketing, including deep knowledge of digital media.
• Ability to adhere to deadlines and project manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Superb client relationship and management skills.
• Strong financial management skills, demonstrating an ability to manage campaigns to budget and margin forecasts.
• Must be based in the UK and requires individuals to have the right to work in this location.
