What you will do

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements.
• Drive profitable growth, achieving significant annual signings and revenue targets (c. £12-15m per annum).
• Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with CXO-level clients.
• Oversee the design and high-quality delivery of complex engagements.
• Utilize industry and technology expertise to shape and drive hirify.global’s strategic initiatives.
• Foster talent development, innovation, and a culture of continuous personal and professional growth.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
• Proven track record of selling, leading, and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public sector environments.
• Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins.
• Experience in Technical Continuous Modernisation, Innovation at Scale, or Security and Resilience.
• Deep understanding of public sector industry trends and technology.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change.
