Senior Technical Solutions Manager (AdTech): Serving as a technical partner for advertisers to implement and optimize ad signals, focusing on conversions API and pixel-based solutions. Location: Hybrid, required to work in person from our London office 1-2 days per week.

What you will do

• Act as the technical subject matter expert for advertiser signal integrations, including CAPI and pixels.
• Lead technical discovery calls and guide advertisers through end-to-end CAPI onboarding, implementation, and validation.
• Perform QA and debugging to ensure accurate, complete, and deduplicated event data.
• Advise on best practices for event design, data mapping, and measurement strategy.
• Troubleshoot signal issues and diagnose discrepancies related to data loss, event mismatches, and attribution gaps.
• Partner with sales, product, and engineering to resolve advertiser issues and improve tooling and documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in ad tech or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with CAPI, pixels, and partner integrations.
• Strong understanding of ads signals, including events, attribution, and data pipelines.
• Experience working directly with external clients in a technical or consultative capacity.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across frontend systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• BA/BS Degree.
