What you will do

• Lead and facilitate key governance and operational processes across the marketing team.
• Manage dynamic and evolving marketing calendars and support cross-channel campaign delivery.
• Establish and uphold marketing workflows, ensuring timely and accurate execution of activities.
• Build and optimise processes supporting marketing technology and infrastructure enhancements.
• Maintain well-documented procedures and proactively address risks, issues, and control weaknesses.
• Become a subject matter expert in legal and compliance requirements and oversee the marketing technology stack.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing operations, preferably within financial services, fintech, or technology sectors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Expertise in managing and optimising marketing workflows and processes across various team tools.
• Proven ability to enhance operational standards and solve process challenges across multiple marketing channels.
• Strong understanding of marketing and communications processes, with a focus on aligning with strategic goals.
• Experience with Kanban boards for efficient project tracking and management.
