TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role based in London office, 2 days per week

What you will do

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover growth opportunities and unmet customer needs.
  • Define research goals and create research proposals independently.
  • Analyze data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and other teams to integrate research findings.
  • Help evolve research practices, tools, and operations across domains.
  • Raise the profile of the research team by sharing insights and success stories.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid with presence in London office 2 days a week
  • Excellent user research experience, ideally in FinTech sector.
  • Proven knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
  • Experience creating research plans and managing stakeholders.
  • Strong planning and project management skills with adaptability.
  • English proficiency: at least B2 level (job posting in English)
