What you will do
- Design and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messages.
- Own full lifecycle of marketing automations from ideation to performance monitoring.
- Drive advanced audience segmentation and personalisation strategies using behavioural and financial data.
- Use data and analytics to measure and improve campaign performance through A/B testing.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and communicate campaign insights effectively.
- Contribute to CRM roadmap and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Requirements
- Fluent English required.
- 3+ years experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing automation.
- Experience in financial services or fintech industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
- Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction and segmentation.
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI tools for marketing automation and predictive modelling.
- Basic HTML knowledge.
- Ability to draft effective marketing copy.
