What you will do
- Administer incoming software license orders and requests
- Manage full license lifecycle including initiation, renewal, and follow-up
- Serve as a reliable contact for license-related questions
- Coordinate license transactions and streamline internal processes
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives, distributors, and software vendors
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Completed upper secondary education
- A few years of experience in administrative work involving customer or supplier interaction
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite
Nice to have
- Experience with license management or procurement processes
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Microsoft Teams, or Dynamics AX
- Previous experience in the IT industry
