What you will do

• Maintain HR systems, prepare documents, and coordinate People processes.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and organize people data and records.
• Partner with employees and managers to build strong team cultures and support solutions.
• Support performance cycles, feedback processes, and learning initiatives.
• Utilize data to identify trends, create dashboards, and guide decision-making.
• Explore and introduce AI tools to enhance People operations.

Requirements

• Degree or Masters in HR or a related field is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication.
• Comfortable with data and eager to learn new tools.
• Great attention to detail and ability to think in systems.
• Some experience in HR, People Ops, or operations (internships count).
• High emotional intelligence and curiosity about people, psychology, and organizations.

• Experience working with or supporting international teams.
